I make no apology for repeating this heading because it is the one topic which has become the most common over the past year or so.

We are now in to winter with the expected cold weather and to add to that we now have a new variant of Covid and the ‘flu with which to contend. All these actors can contribute to how we feel. We are more likely to stay around the home or office and take less exercise and fresh air. Even thoughts and planning for Christmas which brings joy to many can also cause misery to others because of the financial aspects and their responsibility pf providing hospitality to others. All these factors, which are perfectly natural, but can cause anxiety in some.
